Traversing over 1,200 kilometres of coastline our Northwest 3-day Escape combines the luxury of air travel in our VIP aircraft and a personalised tour to the regions Pink Lake and Kalbarri National Park. Then onwards to witness the dolphin feeding at Monkey Mia, or perhaps get up close and personal with a humpback whale or whale shark depending on the season.

Offering spectacular coastal cliffs of more than 100 metres (328 feet) high and striking features of the Murchison Gorge, Kalbarri has a little something for everyone.

For lovers of Flora and Fauna, a visit to Kalbarri and the Kalbarri National Park is an absolute must. With more than 800 species of wildflowers and 200 different animal species. Twenty-one of these species of wildflowers that are only found on the coastal cliff tops in the national park.

As Kalbarri is situated at the northern most limits of the Mediterranean climate zone, exploring Kalbarri is an absolute delight all year round

 

2Monkey Mia

Monkey Mia has become renowned worldwide for it’s daily ritual of feeding wild dolphins, it’s rawness and natural beauty. Heritage listed in 1991, it contains plant species that are unique and considered new to science. It is home to five of Australia’s 26 species of endangered Australian mammals, as well as 35 percent of Australian bird species and abundant marine flora and fauna.

Apart from the famous local dolphins, the abundant wildlife includes sharks, turtles, dugongs and a large variety of reef fish. If you wish to take a step back from the shore, you can discover the cultural history along the 1.5km Wulyibidi Yaninyina walking trail, which stretches over the dunes and along the bay’s beaches. The walk is best taken at sunrise or late in the afternoon, when the bird life is at its most active.

3Exmouth

Exmouth is the gateway to the world heritage listed Ningaloo reef, the largest fringing reef in Australia. Experience the natural beauty and wildlife of the Northwest Cape while you relax onboard your private yacht for the day. Depending on the season you may spot a whale shark as it majestically glides through the water, or experience the playful humpback whales as they breach, tail slap or have an inquisitive look at your boat.

Once back at your accommodation, you can enjoy a few sundowners whiling watching the sunset over the Exmouth Gulf, before enjoying an Aussie BBQ style dinner. The following day will have us visiting the newly opened American Museum built in appreciation of the United States military who was so instrumental in developing the township of Exmouth before setting course for home the following morning to the conclusion of your 3-Day Escape
